Please Note*: All of the ‘Programs’ have a recurring monthly ‘$35 Membership Fee’, which is included in the initial purchase of the Program you choose. Please view our cancellation policy at the bottom of this page.

*PLEASE NOTE*: After purchasing an in person class package you will receive an email with a code to then use to schedule any in person class in the calendar. The code will be null and void when all classes in the package have been used.
Once a private or semi-private is purchased you will receive a scheduling email followed by a confirmation email. The day and time that are decided in the scheduling email will be confirmed a day before your class.
*Semi-privates consist of two people*
Cancellation Policy:
Due to limited class size, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill your spot. You may cancel by phone or email. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. You must cancel private and semi-private classes 24 hours before your scheduled time to receive a refund. Any cancellation requests after the 24 hour period will be charged in full.
MEMBERS:
*All pricing is subject to change with the addition of more content. New content will be added once a year and prices will adjust accordingly
*Current members will be able to purchase new content at a discounted rate
*Membership fees will be month to month with the option to cancel at any time. Your membership fee includes the monthly 15 min online assessment and discounted private (online or in person) rates!
*Once program is purchased you will be able to watch the videos on the website in your program for one year. Videos will be available to download for 30 days. If you do not download videos within the 30 day period you will lose the opportunity completely, but will still have access to the videos on the website for one year!
*Each member will have to pass an online assessment before purchasing the next level. *
